Karene, I’m having like major success with this. Karene, Thanks for the update. I ordered the Fat Killer Series before Dateline aired and was pleased with what they reported. I have noticed a great difference in what I choose to eat and more importantly how I think about lots of things. It has also helped me deal with frustrations with my kids and my whole outlook on things has changed. The positive self talking has had a great impact.
