The Iron Overload Ebook

The Iron Overload EbookYou have clicked on the site that can give you all you need to know and more about a solution for your disease or condition that so few people consider.

We are often taught that we should take supplements and make sure that we eat the cereal with the extra added iron and minerals.

Let me tell you, we are all so convinced that the media knows everything and that what we see on TV must be true even if we know it isn’t, that we go out and buy all these products and spend lots of money on supplements that our bodies cannot absorb!

and accumulating the iron in the organs and glands up to the point of toxicity it is a very big problem if everything else has iron added to it.

There is no way that you can get rid of iron in the diet, but there are a few secrets to preventing your body from over absorbing this mineral.

If you are at all concerned about your health, whether you have been diagnosed with Diabetes, a fatigue syndrome or even if you struggle to remember things that were general knowledge a little while ago, then you need to follow this up.

If you are a mother or a wife who struggles with poor immune systems in the family and no one seems to understand that you are doing all you can possibly do to get the immune systems of you children up and running again, then you need to read this book.

I would have been able to save my daughter a great deal of anguish and she might have been able to be the ballerina she so desperately wanted to be as a child. She really put in everything she could and set her mind on becoming a great ballet teacher, but it wasn’t to be.

Now, you might think, we all go through these situations on our paths to find the purpose for our lives, and what has that got to do with iron overload?

Well, my dear daughter was very close to having diabetes at the age of 16, not because of diet related issues, but because of the iron absorption that starts to accumulate when the hormones change in the body.

One of my children had to stay out of school for 6 months at the age of 10 because she had a fatigue syndrome that could not be cured at that point. She had to stay on a very strict no carbohydrate diet for close to a year before her body was regulating the glucose levels again.

Then there is the child who has the beautiful bronze skin colour and joint pain. This is very hard to cope with standing on the side as you do not like your loved ones to struggle.

…after putting the symptoms together, I realised that there are so many of the little ailments that we normally dismiss and often don’t see as part of the iron overload condition, that might have been signs we missed along the way.

My husband’s parents both had a vast array of symptoms and tell tale signs that were never picked up for a very obvious reason; we all just put our trust in the doctors. With this condition a great deal of the solution is taking responsibility for your own wellbeing. I only realised this after researching the condition and that was too late.

I was born with one question in my mind, always repeating it until I actually find the solution to the ‘Why’ I need to solve.

What I have found though is that the people around me get very annoyed when I do that, for one, they don’t want to discuss how they feel, because when they have this extreme tiredness dragging them down; they need someone else to just release the ball and chain effect that is preventing them from creating the life they want to live.

Going to the doctor, getting the checkups and going for all the normal blood tests just get a puzzled look from the GP as everything they usually measure is in the “normal” range. In the meantime you have energy levels that go up and down and your life seems to be drained out of you, but the doctor looks as if he thinks you are a hypochondriac!

You want to scream! and tell the world how you feel, but you are getting to the end of your thread and don’t know where to turn to find a solution.

Then one day, your stomach starts to ache and you get diarrhoea, you feel nauseous all the time and once again you go to the doctor for help.

At some point through this process, you get headaches that you cannot seem to describe, some are like cluster headaches, others more the migraine type and they are supposed to carry on for hours, but they keep going for days on end.

You can’t think clearly, you want to stop talking to people, they are too noisy. You want someone to understand, but mostly you just want someone to see what you are going through and take it all away.

At some point our doctor must have gone home and read something about all the symptoms or maybe had enough of the moaning and groaning and decided he should get a diagnosis of some sort…. This can be years down the line and so it is for most of us trying to get to a diagnosis for all these symptoms.

Anyway, when the time is right, he sends you off to go and get your blood serum levels checked and you discover that you have Hemochromatosis!

Yipee!! You think, but having a name like He-mo-chro-ma-to-sis thrown at you makes you very scared and you start to ask some questions on line.

Why am I feeling depressed?!, why are my friends turning their backs on me and not inviting me to parties anymore… Read more…
